Today, I am sharing with you how you can fly! I am teaching you the Flying Lizard pose which is a variation of lizard pose or in Sanskrit “Utthan Pristhasana”. In this arm balance, the front leg is wrapped around the arm while the back leg is lifted from the ground.

How do I get into this arm balance pose?

Begin in the inverted V pose. Step your left foot forward, outside of your palms, bring the right leg further back. Try now with control to bring your elbows down towards the mat, rest your forehead on your thumbs. Breathe a couple of times. Bring your left palm from the inside around your left leg and wiggle your left foot towards the middle of your mat and further back. Bring your weight forward, extend your right leg back and up into the air. Look towards your right foot and balance on both palms. Breathe while in the pose.
