Om Om, Flying Lizard (Utthan Pristhasana) is an arm balancing pose that requires both flexibility and strength. In this tutorial, I will first demonstrate how to prepare for the Flying Lizard by practising the standard pose. Practising both sides is essential, as one side of your body might be tighter.
