Join us for an evening of restoration as we celebrate the arrival of spring through movement and deep listening.

•⁠ ⁠The Practice: A traditional Sivananda Yoga session to align your breath and energy.

•⁠ ⁠The Immersion: A seamless transition from movement into a live Sound Bath, featuring classical piano and healing frequencies by practitioner Andrea.

Afterwards, enjoy homemade treats and warming chai with us.

Session details:

Expect roughly 75 minutes of yoga practice followed by a 45-minute sound bath.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the event starts.

Please bring your yoga mat, a blanket & warm clothes to stay warm during the sound bath.

Body temperature drops quickly when lying down, so please ensure you stay warm. For the ultimate relaxing experience, we recommend bringing a blanket, pillow, eye mask, or anything else you need to be comfortable during the sound bath.
