Om Om 🌞 As winter begins to soften, gift yourself an evening of gentle renewal with traditional Hatha Yoga and Sound Bath.

Join us for a nourishing Yoga & Sound Bath designed to support ease, grounding, and fresh beginnings. We’ll move through a gentle, meditative yoga practice to release tension and reawaken the body, followed by a peaceful sound bath centred on a soothing mantra, which we’ll sing together to unify the space and invite calm.

The harmonious vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and other sound-healing instruments will foster deep relaxation and integration — creating space to arrive calmly into the weeks ahead.

Afterwards, enjoy homemade treats and warming chai with us.

Session details:

Expect roughly 75 minutes of yoga practice followed by a 45-minute sound bath.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the event starts.

Please bring your yoga mat and a blanket to stay warm during the sound bath.

The body temperature drops when we lie down, so please make sure you stay warm. For an ultimate relaxing experience, we recommend bringing a blanket, a pillow, warm clothes, an eye mask, or anything else you need to be really comfortable during the sound bath.
