Spring is the season of renewal, growth, and new beginnings — an invitation to plant seeds for what we wish to nurture.
Through mindful yoga practice, we will align with the spirit of spring, much like the earth does after winter’s rest. This session is designed to revive and replenish your energy as we move towards the return of the light.
A traditional Sivananda yoga class revitalises the body through breathwork, sun salutations, and asanas, while deep relaxation calms the mind. This balance of effort and rest leave you both energised and deeply relaxed.
The healing sound bath offers the opportunity to sow the seeds of intention for fresh beginnings, whether in your personal life, work, or journey ahead.
Spring is also associated with the element of Air and the Heart Chakra. The sound bath will include many chimes, airy, flowing sounds, and tuning to connect with the heart’s energy.
Afterwards, you can share herbal tea and healthy nibbles with us.

PLEASE NOTE
Arrive 15 minutes before the start of the event.
Please bring your yoga mat and a blanket to stay warm during the sound bath.
The body temperature drops when we lie down, so please ensure you stay warm. For an ultimate relaxing experience, we recommend bringing a blanket, pillow, warm clothes, eye mask, or anything else that will make you comfortable during the sound bath.
We look forward to having you again.
