“Adjust, Adapt, Accommodate… and please don’t drop the iPhone 5s!” 🧘🏻‍♂️

📱 Om Om 🙏🏼 I went digging through my archives and found this gem from my early journey. Before I was a Yoga Acharya, I was apparently a high-stakes filmmaker trying to balance my practice while recording through a mirror on my trusty (and very slippery) iPhone 5s.

In this video, you’ll see: The Leg Drills of Doom: Single-leg squats and wide-standing leg openings. Perfectionism in Action: Because as a true Sivananda teacher, if I did it on the right, you better believe I did it on the left (even if my legs were screaming). Time-Lapse Fun: Watch me move at warp speed because some drills are just better fast-forwarded! 💨

Rarely do I look back at old footage, but it’s a beautiful reminder of the journey. We often focus so much on the destination that we forget the “legwork” it took to get here.

🎶 The Soundtrack: To keep things grounded, the background audio is the legendary, original voice of Swami Sivananda Saraswati himself, chanting Kirtan at the ashram in Rishikesh. It’s the perfect contrast to my modern-day (at the time) leg drills.

CHALLENGE TIME! 🏆 Can you handle these leg drills without losing your balance? I want to see you try! 1️⃣ Watch the drills.
