Om, Om, today, I am sharing with you why I always wear yellow 🌼 shirts and white 🕊trousers.

Did you know? The colours yellow and white hold special meanings for students and teachers. In the Sivananda Yoga tradition, wearing the colour yellow represents the quest for truth and knowledge on the spiritual path. While yellow carries the vibration of knowledge, white brings the vibration of purity.

In case you are worried that I am always wearing the same clothes, here’s my look behind the scenes 😂. I have plenty of teaching uniforms, and I iron them myself.

Remember, when you join me, you don’t need to buy expensive yoga pants if you are a beginner. Start with comfortable clothes and follow my lessons. Any yoga mat will do. It’s good to have a firm pillow, cushion, or yoga block handy to support a meditative cross-legged sitting posture.

Om Shanti, Marc

  1. Woah! I’m really loving the template/theme of this website.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s tough to get
that “perfect balance” between superb usability and visual
appeal. I must say that you’ve done a superb job with this.
Also, the blog loads very fast for me on Firefox. Outstanding Blog!
